Anyone else digging into LL-37 lately? I’m kinda puzzled about its dual role with inflammation—like, it’s antimicrobial but also seems to trigger some pro-inflammatory pathways. Wondering if this means it’s more about fine-tuning immune response rather than just suppressing or activating it straight up.

Also, has anyone run into solid in vitro data on LL-37’s effect on cytokine profiles? I’m trying to figure out if it could be useful as a modulator rather than a blunt immune booster. Would love to hear your thoughts or any papers you found!

Been digging into some of the newer peptides PS Peptides has listed and gotta say, their purity claims look solid compared to what I've seen elsewhere. Anyone else tried their Epithalon or LL-37? Curious how the bioactivity stacks up in real use, cause lab numbers sometimes don’t tell the whole story.

Also, their shipping speed was decent for me, which is rare these days. Just wondering if anyone has run any side-by-side tests or assays to confirm batch consistency over time with them?
