Can somebody explain the difference in the two?

Both are peptide drugs that stimulate the body’s growth-hormone (GH) pathway, Tesa increases GH/IGF-1 and can specifically reduce visceral abdominal fat with stronger evidence for reducing visceral fat while Sermorelin increases endogenous GH secretion with less evidence for meaningful fat loss.

I've been digging into both Tesamorelin and Semorelin lately for fat loss stuff, and from what i've seen, Tesamorelin seems to have a more specific effect on visceral fat reduction, at least from the limited studies out there. Semorelin feels more broad in its HGH release stimulation but maybe less targeted?
Has anyone else noticed differences in energy or appetite when using one vs the other? Feels like Tesamorelin might mess with hunger less, but could just be me. Curious if anyone stacks either with other peptides for fat loss or if that just overcomplicates things.

Been messing with both for a bit now and honestly curious if anyone else noticed that Tesamorin seems to hit way harder in GH spike but wears off kinda quick? Semorelin feels smoother and maybe safer for longer runs but sometimes I wonder if it’s just a mild version.
Also, is it just me or does Tesamorin trigger more appetite? Trying to figure if that’s a pro or con depending on goals. Would love some input on how you guys stack them or if you just pick one and stick.
Anyone got real experience mixing them or cycling them? Feels like Tesamorin could be a good blast agent but Semorelin might be better for steady maintenance?

I've been messing around with both Tesamorelin and Semorelin recently, and honestly they feel kinda similar in how they boost GH pulses, but Tesamorelin seems a bit more potent or longer-lasting for me.
Anyone else notice that Semorelin sometimes feels a bit more subtle or easier to stack with other peptides? Curious if anyone’s tried cycling between the two or prefers one strictly for the 'pump' or recovery effects.
Also wonder if the different degradation rates impact how often you should dose — feels like Tesamorelin might need less frequent shots but maybe that’s just placebo.

Been wondering the same, but from what I gather Tesamorin seems like a bit more of a direct GHRH analog with possibly longer activity? Semorelin is the OG GHRH peptide though, so maybe a bit more studied?
Also curious if anyone noticed different recovery or sleep patterns between the two. Feels like Tesamorin might hit a bit smoother for me but hard to say if placebo or not lol.
Would love to see some user experiences or any solid mech insights if anyone’s got em.

I've tried both Tesamorelin and Semorelin and honestly, they feel quite different in how they hit GH pulses. Tesamorelin seems a bit more potent for me—like it gives a sharper peak, maybe because it’s more selective for GHRH receptors. Semorelin feels smoother but kinda milder overall.
If you're chasing a stronger GH spike for short bursts, Tesamorelin might edge out Semorelin, but for a gentler, more natural rhythm, semorelin's cool too. Also, Tesamorelin’s half-life feels a bit longer in my experience, so timing your injections might vary depending on which you pick.
