Honestly, Tesamorelin looks pretty interesting as a GH secretagogue, especially if you’re into the fat loss and anti-aging angle. From what people say, it’s supposed to help reduce visceral fat by boosting GH pulses without the crazy side effects some other peptides bring.

Weirdly enough, it doesn’t seem to mess much with IGF-1 like traditional GH injections do, which some folks find preferable. Not gonna lie though, I’m still curious how it stacks up long term compared to the likes of Ipamorelin or CJC-1295. Anyone here tried combining Tesamorelin with other secretagogues? Would love to hear some real-life experience rather than just study data.

Has anyone else dug into how Tesamorelin stacks up compared to other GH secretagogues like Ipamorelin or Hexarelin? From what I've seen, Tesamorelin seems a bit more targeted towards reducing visceral fat rather than just boosting GH overall, but the mechanism still feels a bit fuzzy to me.

Also, curious if the half-life differences really make a practical impact for most users? Like, does the longer half-life of Tesamorelin translate to less frequent dosing or better results, or are we just tweaking convenience here? Maybe I'm missing some nuances in the feedback loops with endogenous GH.

Has anyone noticed if Tesamorelin affects appetite much? I've read it mostly helps with fat loss around the belly by reducing visceral fat, but I wonder if it messes with hunger signals or energy in a way that might make dieting easier or harder.

Also curious about timing—do people take it morning or night? I imagine it might depend on how it impacts sleep or energy, but I haven’t found much firsthand info yet. Thanks!
