I’ve been reading a lot of literature comparing these three popular metabolic peptides, so I’m starting this thread for discussion.

Semaglutide: A single GLP‑1 agonist, widely used in research related to appetite and blood glucose.

Tirzepatide: GLP‑1 + GIP dual agonist. It demonstrates better effects in metabolism-related research compared with semaglutide.

Retatrutide (LY3437943): GLP‑1 + GIP + glucagon triple agonist. The key difference lies in the additional glucagon pathway. Existing research literature indicates its potential to raise energy expenditure and reduce hepatic fat.

According to research data, Retatrutide exhibits stronger potential in appetite regulation. However, more gastrointestinal reactions were also observed in high-dose experimental groups.

Physical properties: White lyophilized powder, HPLC purity ≥99%. COA is available for each batch. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. The dry powder should be stored at -20°C, protected from light.

I've been following these three for a bit now, and tbh Retatrutide seems kinda next level with that triple agonist action. Seems like it could push appetite control and metabolic effects further than the others, but the data's still early so idk how it plays out long term. Tirzepatide's dual approach is already showing solid results, and Semaglutide is more established so feels like the safer bet for now.

Anyone else curious about how these might differ mechanistically in terms of tissue repair or inflammation? Most chatter is weight loss focused but I wonder if any healing or recovery benefits might come from these peptides due to their glucagon and GLP-1 receptor activity.
