Hello everyone,

We have recently been working on orforglipron solid dispersions and would like to know if any peers here are exploring similar formulation development pathways.

We currently supply orforglipron solid dispersion materials for research and formulation development, and we are keen to connect and exchange ideas with others in the field.

We are particularly interested in learning about the technical approaches being explored, especially regarding excipient selection, tableting processes, and the establishment of quality standards.

If you are working with orforglipron or similar compounds, we would be happy to share information about our materials and discuss insights with you.

We look forward to hearing about your practical experiences and perspectives.

haven't seen much on orforglipron solid dispersions but from what i gather, solid dispersions in general can really help with bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs. wonder if anyone's tried combining that with peptide delivery to tackle absorption issues? seems like a neat direction but prob still kinda early stage for peptides specifically.

Orforglipron and peptides aren’t really the same crew, but I guess if you’re thinking about delivery tech it’s interesting how solid dispersion works for small molecules vs peptides which usually need lyophilization or special solvents. Peptides tend to be a pain to stabilize orally, so solid dispersion might be a game changer if they crack that for peptides.

Has anyone tried combining orforglipron with a GHRH or secretagogue stack? Wonder if the metabolism interactions could mess with GH pulses or clearance. Just spitballing here but worth looking into since solid dispersion can change absorption rates big time.
