Anyone else notice the purity looks solid but the LOQ values on the Janoshik COA are kinda high? Makes me wonder if some low-level contaminants could be flying under the radar here.

Also, does anyone know if their testing includes checks for peptide isomers or just straight purity? I've seen some COAs that report 99% purity but don't mention isomeric forms that might mess with bioactivity. It's tricky cuz high purity alone doesn't guarantee the peptide works as expected.

Would be cool if someone dug into the methodology more or posted a side-by-side with another lab’s COA to compare.

Not gonna lie, I’ve been digging into Janoshik’s COAs too, and overall their purity numbers seem solid compared to some others I’ve seen. But one thing I keep wondering is how consistent those purity metrics are batch to batch. Has anyone tracked if they ever dip or fluctuate much?

Also, weirdly enough, some peptides with similar purity percentages still behave kinda differently in recovery or research setups. So maybe the COA is just one piece of the puzzle and there’s something else about the peptide prep or storage affecting performance? Would love to hear if anyone’s done side-by-side tests with Janoshik stuff and others on that front.

Just skimmed through the latest Janoshik COA results and gotta say, their purity numbers on peptides like Epithalon and AOD-9604 look pretty solid compared to some other suppliers I've checked. Not a huge surprise but still nice to see consistent quality.

Anyone else noticed their LL-37 batches sometimes have a slight variance in appearance though? Wondering if that impacts activity or is just cosmetic. Curious what people’s experience with their stability over time is.

Anyone else notice their LL-37 batches consistently show slight variability in purity compared to Thymosin Alpha-1 from the same source? I’m kinda curious if it’s more about the peptide’s stability or something with the synthesis process. Janoshik’s COAs are pretty thorough but the tiny differences make me wonder if LL-37’s antimicrobial nature somehow complicates purification.

Also, the way they report impurities is interesting, sometimes it’s unclear if those trace peaks are inactive fragments or potential degradation products. Has anyone dug into the chromatograms deeper or compared these to other suppliers?

Anyone else notice the Janoshik COAs looking super clean lately? The purity numbers are consistently hitting above 98%, which is kinda reassuring given how sketchy some vendors can be. I’ve been tracking a few batches for my immune pathway projects and the stability seems stable too, no weird degradation peaks in the HPLC runs.

Curious if anyone else is using their LL-37 or Thymosin Alpha-1 from recent batches and seeing similar quality? Would love to compare notes especially on batch-to-batch variability.

Anyone else notice the Janoshik COA sometimes shows weird minor peaks that don't really match standard impurities? I’m guessing it might be degradation products or something from synthesis leftovers, but it’s hard to tell just from the COA. Kinda makes me wonder if their storage or shipping conditions could affect purity more than ads mention.

Also, their peptides seem consistently high purity overall, but I’d love to see more breakdown on the endotoxin levels or if they do any stability testing over time. Has anyone dug into that with Janoshik or comparable vendors?
