I've been curious about Tesamorelin vs Semorelin too. From what I've seen, Tesamorelin seems more focused on reducing visceral fat in HIV patients, while Semorelin is more of a general stimulator for natural HGH release. Mechanistically, both act on GHRH receptors but Tesamorelin is a bit more selective? Not sure if anyone's compared their immune or inflammatory effects though, that could be an interesting angle.
