Has anyone run SLU at 10mg? What were your results?

Currently on 2mg/day SLU, 6mg/week MOTS-c, 20mg/day Nasal NAD+, and 150mg/week of Test. Will transition the MOTS-c to SS31 in 2 weeks.

Anyone else curious how SLU PP 332 stacks up mechanistically? Feels like it’s not talked about much here but I read it’s got some interesting recovery properties, maybe working on inflammation pathways differently than the usual healing peptides.

Would love to hear if anyone has tried it or seen anything on its specific cell signaling effects? Just poking around but seems like a cool candidate for injury repair research.

Anyone else digging into the SLU PP 332 peptide? I skimmed a couple studies and it looks like it’s tied to mitochondrial biogenesis and maybe some neuroprotective effects? Hard to find solid data though, most papers have tiny sample sizes or are just preclinical.

What’s weird is that the mechanism supposedly involves AMPK activation but it’s not clear if it’s direct or downstream. If it does boost mitochondrial health, could be a cool cognitive booster but I’m still skeptical without more in vivo data.

Has anyone done a proper time course or dose curve yet? I’m curious about how stable it is and if it even crosses the BBB effectively. Would love to hear if anyone’s tested efficacy or seen any decent PK data.

Anyone else digging into the cognitive effects of PP 332?

I skimmed a couple papers and it seems like it might modulate synaptic plasticity but the data is pretty sparse. Also not sure if 10mg is a typical dose in the rodent studies or if that’s scaled for humans or what. Kinda confusing how some peptides show big effects in vitro but then the in vivo results are meh or inconsistent.

Would love to hear if anyone’s seen any newer animal or human data on this one or even just thoughts on the mechanism from the neuro side. Feels like it could be subtle but worth exploring more.

Not gonna lie, I’ve been messing around with SLU PP 332 for a bit now, and what stood out to me is how timing seems to affect its fat-loss effects. From what people say, taking it earlier in the day might give a slight edge on metabolism boost, but honestly, I haven’t seen crazy differences with evening shots either.

Weirdly enough, some minor stuff like slight jitteriness popped up for me if I took it too close to caffeine. Anyone else feel their heart rate spike a bit? Just curious if that’s a thing with this peptide or me being sensitive. Would be cool to get more feedback on side effects from others using it.

Anyone else here tried 10mg SLU PP 332? I’m digging into some forums but info’s kinda scarce. From what I gather, it’s a synthetic peptide linked to cognitive enhancement through modulating certain neurotransmitter pathways, maybe cholinergic stuff? Would love to hear if someone noticed clear mental clarity or focus boosts, or if it's more subtle.

Also curious about its half-life and how quickly effects kick in — feels like something that could either hit fast or need a buildup. Not seeing many studies with clear behavioral data though, so if anyone has papers or anecdotal insights, drop them!
